Product Manager

We’re looking for a talented Product Manager with vast experience in saas analytics products and considerable familiarity with a wide spectrum in a product lifecycle from R&D up to post-sale services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product line lifecycle from inception, strategic planning and tactical activities to commercial production stages.
  • Take part in creating the product line roadmap. Create and own the Product Requirement Documents (PRD). Be an expert in the product line.
  • Work with marketing, customer success and R&D to translate product requirements to actionable tasks and define the product requirements priorities through a profound understanding of customer needs.
  • Drive product development with the R&D team and UX/ UI designers according to the product roadmap.
  • Define user stories, lead sprint planning and backlog grooming in partnership with the R&D team and ensure delivery of high quality features on time.
  • Be accountable for resolution of critical issues during the entire lifecycle of the products including an active and leading interface with CS and R&D.
  • Co-Manage new product launches with the Field & Corporate marketing. Work closely with Sales and Operations including planning and executing pre-launch demand generation activity; leading logistical, promotional and sales support activity during launch; and drive post-launch tracking and marketing programs to maximize sales.


  • 3-5 years of product experience in the SaaS/martech/analytics/BI spaces.
  • Must care deeply about user experience and aesthetics, and have strong consumer product instincts with a proven track record in the field.
  • Experience working with agile frameworks.
  • Project management and leadership skills, ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to define, follow and execute a highly detailed product execution plan.
  • Strong analytical influence, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate data and distill the complex into digestible insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Additional languages – advantage.

Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help supercharge our demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build an SEM/PPC demand generation program that enables the sales organization by maintaining a consistent stream of high-quality incoming MQLs.
  • Own organic and paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Own website analytics and optimization, including Google Analytics and TrenDemon dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators across promotion channels.
  • Build and maintain automated reports that track channel performance.
  • Create strong alignment between sales and marketing processes.


  • Must have native level English.
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience in B2B.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills.
  • Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM strategies and best practices.
  • Major plus: Prior experience in AdTech or Content Marketing.
  • A/B testing and web optimization geeks welcome!

SDR Team Lead

The SDR Team is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.
The team lead will be responsible for setting up the strategy and execution of developing sales-ready opportunities and later on, growing the SDR Team.
This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing groups to maximize pipeline creation. The SDR Team Lead will define and align SDR goals, strategy, and tactics with company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities from lead generation activities and outbound cold calling into targeted accounts.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email to uncover pain points, explain the TrenDemon solution, identify opportunities and generate interest.
  • Disseminate opportunities to account representatives, educating reps as necessary about the opportunity and recommend appropriate follow-up action items.
  • Hire, onboard, train and manage SDRs.
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that help the SDR focus on maximizing performance.
  • Hire, onboard, train and manage SDRs.
  • Implement best of breed SDR tools to both generate the prospects and interact with them.
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation.


  • SaaS sales experience highly preferred
  • 3(+) years of recent experience in a Sales Development Role
  • Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
  • Experience documenting sales activities and forecasts in CRM
  • Must be decisive, conscientious, and interact well in a team environment

Account Executive

The Account Executive is part of the TrenDemon Sales Team. They are responsible for the sales process end to end: from prospecting potential customers all the way to closing the deal.

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Prospecting based on the ideal customer definitions.
  • Outbound communications with cold prospects to generate interest in web meetings.
  • Online demoing to prospects.
  • Follow up with interested prospects at the appropriate time to close deals.

Account Executive Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology space.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in previous sales roles.
  • Self-sufficient with experience working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close enterprise deals.
  • Phenomenal relationship with past & current clients (reference-able).
  • Experience in a Startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Web Analytics – an advantage.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
  • Native-level English is a must.

Web Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, self driven backend developer with experience and knowledge in backend of vast web based systems with the ability to lead and to inspire other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP R&D on designing and implementing the backend of a vast analytics web based system.
  • Continuously suggest and look for better solutions and technologies to support the increasing demand of the system.
  • Intensive hands on work on the system’s backend.
  • Taking responsibility on managing offshore backend developers, including tasks definition, code reviews and mentoring.
  • Assist in writing design documents and overall system documentation.
  • Contribute to the team spirit and character.
