Marketing Director

We are looking for an experienced lead generator to create and operate the content strategy for TrenDemon. You will be in charge of not only creating but promoting genuine content offers in order to attract visits and leads .

You appreciate great content and design but also data-driven, able to read numbers as well as stories. You are passionate about telling a good story and seeing how it impacts the relevant audiences.  You are a full stack marketing pro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be the owner of TrenDemon’s inbound strategy. You will manage our blog, newsletters, white papers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.. You will also be in charge of our events and exhibitions.
You will drive our content strategy – what should we create and why?
You will plan, produce, and implement the promotion of content through multiple channels such as Social Media, Email, Blog, PR and influencers.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
Experience building audiences, especially online
Experienced in inbound marketing and content marketing
Story-telling skills

Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will benefit from inbound leads as well as partner with internal Business Development Reps to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. You will run online demos of the TrenDemon software and successfully sell our value proposition.

In this role, you will need to

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at medium to large companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products

You should have:

  • Experience within a sales team that pushes beyond their goals
  • Experience in startups
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer
  • 3-6 years of selling experience operating within a web technologies or innovative online product environment
  • Experience in working with BDR or cold-calling
  • Unyielding determination
  • Killer closing skills

Product Manager

We’re looking for a skilled product manager to join our team. PMs at TrenDemon are passionate about working with small teams of engineers and designers to answer needs the customer has yet discovered. Candidates for this role will have:

  • Experience working with engineers, designers, and other product leaders
  • A data-driven approach to problem solving
  • The ability to visualize simple solutions to a complex and abstract problems.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills
  • A strong understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Experience in fast-paced, continuous deliveries environments

Software Engineer

We’re looking for exceptional Full Stack Developers  to join our diverse and growing team for work that includes:

  • Work on all aspects of the product, from designing and tuning a scalable backend  architecture to delivering real-time user experiences on the world’s leading   websites.
  • Innovate, lead and keep our product “cutting edge”
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript

Customer Success Manager

  • Work closely with our product team on developing solution for the the needs and opportunities you identify.

You have: 

  • Prior experience with sales or account management teams

  • A deep understanding of how a SaaS company works, including sales, problem solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills and the ability to effectively drive a phone conversation
  • Exceptional organizational skills
