Sales Director

The Sales Director is part of the TrenDemon Sales Team, selling to our target market throughout North America. They are responsible for the sales process end to end: from prospecting potential customers all the way to closing the deal.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting based on the ideal customer definitions.
  • Outbound communications with cold prospects to generate interest in web meetings.
  • Online demoing to prospects.
  • Follow up with interested prospects at the appropriate time to close deals.
  • Manage complex B2C (some B2B) sales-cycles while effectively communicating the TrenDemon value proposition to C level marketing executives.
  • Meticulously manage your pipeline of opportunities and associated close plans to ensure accurate forecasting your results.

Executive Skills

Must

    • At least 4 years of international sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Native-level English.

Advantages

  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology space.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in previous sales roles.

Account Executive

As TrenDemon Account Executive – you will be a key member of a growing Start up. You’ll have to think big and understand what sales means in the Content analytics world. Manage customers’ behavior, and build customers’ trust. Achieve your goals and quota. Maximize every opportunity and understand each and every detail. Build an infrastructure for customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Tokyo Office


Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will establish and strengthen relationships with customers, with a focus on revenue growth in the Japan market and customer satisfaction and retention. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring that the clients are satisfied with the products and services that they receive from TrenDemon. The role will be located in our Tokyo office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationships with our existing and new partners.
  • Create new opportunities with ad agencies and direct customers.
  • Onboarding of new clients and being the point of contact for inquiries regarding TrenDemon’s products.
  • Speak at events and workshops.
  • Provide feedback to the HQ regarding how to best service the needs of the clients in Japa.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of solution sales experience (SaaS or Marketing technologies sales experience preferred).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing / martech landscape.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a sales or customer success role.
  • Experience with Web Analytics (a plus).
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment, working independently and as part of a global team.
  • Proficient in Japanese and English (both written and verbal).
