Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will work to create scalable processes in lead generation and data management and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, outbound email tools, and CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Fortify and maintain a steady incoming pipeline of qualified leads from outbound email campaigns.
  • Manage various email campaigns, for both nurturing and prospecting of leads.
  • Build lead inventory and implement processes for generating lead contact information at scale.
  • Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards that help the SDR focus on maximizing performance.
  • Help build and implement scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Qualifications

  • Must have native-level English.
  • Self-starter. Able to take initiative, prioritize, and manage your own tasks.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an email marketing, marketing analysis, automation, or operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills (including spreadsheet mastery) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to build and improve processes.

Account Executive

The Account Executive is part of the TrenDemon Sales Team. They are responsible for the sales process end to end: from prospecting potential customers all the way to closing the deal.

Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Prospecting based on the ideal customer definitions.
  • Outbound communications with cold prospects to generate interest in web meetings.
  • Online demoing to prospects.
  • Follow up with interested prospects at the appropriate time to close deals.

Account Executive Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology space.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in previous sales roles.
  • Self-sufficient with experience working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close enterprise deals.
  • Phenomenal relationship with past & current clients (reference-able).
  • Experience in a Startup environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Experience with Web Analytics – an advantage.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
  • Native-level English is a must.

Web Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, self driven backend developer with experience and knowledge in backend of vast web based systems with the ability to lead and to inspire other team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP R&D on designing and implementing the backend of a vast analytics web based system.
  • Continuously suggest and look for better solutions and technologies to support the increasing demand of the system.
  • Intensive hands on work on the system’s backend.
  • Taking responsibility on managing offshore backend developers, including tasks definition, code reviews and mentoring.
  • Assist in writing design documents and overall system documentation.
  • Contribute to the team spirit and character.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of web development experience.
  • Very good familiarity with the following technologies:
    • Javascript (both on frontend and backend) – must
    • AWS – must
      • Redshift
      • SWF
      • Kinesis
      • Autoscaling
      • Elasticbeanstalk

    • Big data technologies – big advantage
    • PHP – advantage
  • Good familiarity with linux based operating systems – must.
  • Experience in analytical systems – advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
