We are looking for a passionate Sales Development talent with a proven track-record of B2B Sales experience, who can uncover and develop new opportunities from Outbound and Inbound activities as well as build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver upon sales targets.
You will play an important role in our marketing and sales efforts through the discovery and development of qualified leads that result in more opportunities which you will assist to drive towards Sales deals.

Responsibilities | What You Will Do:

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will work with Marketing & Sales teams through demand generation efforts to uncover and create new sales opportunities which results in closed wins.

Learn and understand the organization's business drivers, challenges, pain points and growth opportunities.

Build and own an accurate and robust sales pipeline.
-
Locate, establish, develop and enrich new business relationships with influential contacts.
-
Contact prospects using phone, email and follow up in response to all inbound leads.

Book Intro & Discovery Calls for our Account Executives and Sales Directors.

Refine and optimize the sales pitch to best reflect the unique selling proposition and key differentiation points in front of potential customers.

Set and enforce strict SLA rules in follow-up and response rate as part of Sales cycles.

Follow a clear and defined Qualification Process.
-
Accurately log, track, and maintain records measurements on CRM.
-
Review the effectiveness of outbound campaigns, optimize call scripts and improve Sales playbooks.

Analyze and report on performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.

Representing TrenDemon with integrity professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications.
Qualifications | What You Need To Succeed:
-
3+ years experience in SaaS SDR positions, particularly in B2B sales with outstanding results.

Proven track-record of exceeding quarterly quota through aggressive hunter-like state-of-mind.

Native English speaker – Must!

Technical savvy – can explain complex technical concepts and processes in a clear and simple language.

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (phone & email)

Sufficient system knowledge with CRM, Outreach, Enrichment tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Marketing Automation – Must!

Experience with the following software: Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo & ChiliPiper – Preferred.

Prior experience with content marketing programs and advertising media campaigns – Advantage.
