Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Development Rep (SDR) works with demand generation to uncover and create new sales opportunities which results in closed business
  • Contact prospects using phone, email and responding to all inbound leads
  • Documenting to our CRM
  • Representing TrenDemon with integrity professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications

Qualifications

  • Exp. in SaaS sales positions, especially in B2B sales with proven records
  • Native English speaker
  • Knowledge in marketing automation programs and/or experience in content marketing
  • Proven track record to exceed quarterly quota through aggressive hunter mentality
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
  • Work US hours (EST) from Israel

TrenDemon, the leading content marketing attribution and personalization platform, is looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help supercharge our demand generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a demand generation program that enables the sales organization by maintaining a consistent stream of high-quality incoming MQLs
  • Own organic and paid search, marketing automation, content discovery, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Own website analytics and optimization, including Google Analytics and TrenDemon dashboards
  • Own, develop, and maintain the company’s tech stack
  • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators across promotion channels.
  • Build and maintain automated reports that track channel performance.
  • Create strong alignment between sales and marketing processes

Requirements

  • Must have native level English
  • 3+ years of marketing management experience in B2B SaaS/martech/analytics/BI spaces
  • Outstanding data analysis skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM  strategies and best practices
  • Major plus: Prior experience in AdTech or Content Marketing
  • A/B testing and web optimization geeks welcome!

TrenDemon Customer Success Manager is in charge of the entire lifecycle of the customer post-sale. They are the primary interface between TrenDemon and the customers and they are tasked with ensuring that every customer is making the most of the solution, using the full extent of its capabilities and is employing our best practices to the best of their abilities.

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities

  • On-boarding new customers
  • Provide operational and technical support for the system.
  • Help customers become more successful by using TrenDemon’s platform
  • Provide best practices and training to TrenDemon’s to marketing teams using TrenDemon
  • Expand use and value of the system in the organization

Customer Success Manager Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Knowledge of customer services practices.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
  • Analytics and process-oriented mindset.
  • Languages – Intermediate English or above is a must.
  • Working with marketing teams a plus
  • Knowledge with GA is a plus.
